ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಶ್ರೀನಗರದ ಶೇರ್-ಇ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ್ ಇಂಟರ್ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಕಾನ್ಫರೆನ್ಸ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ (ಎಸ್.ಕೆ.ಐ.ಸಿ.ಸಿ.) ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ 'ಯುವಕರ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ, ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವನ್ನು ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸುವುದು' ಕುರಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ರಸ್ತೆ, ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮತ್ತು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ 1,500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಅನೇಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. 1,800 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳ ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವಲಯಗಳ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕತೆ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ (ಜೆಕೆಸಿಐಪಿ) ಅವರು ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು 200 ಹೊಸ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ವಸ್ತುಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರಾಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಯುವ ಸಾಧಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.ಹರ್ ಘರ್ ತಿರಂಗಾ ಆಂದೋಲನ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದ ದೃಷ್ಟಾಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ
