ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಪಯಣಕ್ಕೆ ಇಂದು ಸುವರ್ಣ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಇದು ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ವಿಶೇಷ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷದ ದಿನವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಲವಾರು ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ನಾನು ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸುದೀರ್ಘ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಒಬ್ಬ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರನಾಗಿ, ನಾನು ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಮಯ ಕಳೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಕಲಿತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದ ಜನರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಣ್ಣು ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ರೂಪಿಸಿದೆ. ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಿಂದ, ಅದರ ರಚನೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪದವರೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಕನಸಿನ ಸಾಕಾರದವರೆಗೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರೂಪಾಂತರದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಹಂತಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇಂದು ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢವು ತನ್ನ 25 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲು ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಈ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಕ್ಷಣದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಲು ನನಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಗೌರವ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ಈ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಣೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರಿಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಹೊಸ ಶಾಸಕಾಂಗ ಕಟ್ಟಡವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಲು ನಾನು ಅದೃಷ್ಟಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈ ಶುಭ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
