ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಾದ ಆರ್.ಎನ್. ರವಿ ಜಿ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದ ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಎಲ್. ಮುರುಗನ್ ಜಿ, ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಮಾಜಿ ಉಪಕುಲಪತಿ ಡಾ. ಕೆ. ರಾಮಸಾಮಿ ಜಿ, ವಿವಿಧ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗಣ್ಯರೆ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿರುವ ಇತರೆ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳೆ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ರೈತ ಸಹೋದರ ಸಹೋದರಿಯರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೈತರೆ! ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ವಣಕ್ಕಂ ಮತ್ತು ನಮಸ್ಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶುಭಾಶಯ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಮೊದಲನೆಯದಾಗಿ, ಇಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತದ ನನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತ ಸಹೋದರ ಸಹೋದರಿಯರಿಗೂ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಯಾಚಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ನಾನು ಸತ್ಯಸಾಯಿ ಬಾಬಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾದ ಪುಟ್ಟಪರ್ತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೆ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಯ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಲು ಸುಮಾರು 1 ತಾಸು ತಡವಾಯಿತು. ಅದರಿಂದ ನಾನಿಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರುವುದು ತಡವಾಯಿತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರಬಹುದಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನನುಕೂಲತೆಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಯಾಚಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಅನೇಕ ಜನರು ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ.ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಕೊಯಮತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಕೃಷಿ ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆ 2025 ಅನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು

ನವದೆಹಲಿಯ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ರೈತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ರೈತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ, ಕೃಷಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರಿಗಿರುವ ನಿರಂತರ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಮುನ್ನ ರೈತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು, ನಂತರ ಕೃಷಿ ವಲಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ₹35,440 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಎರಡು ಬೃಹತ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅವರು ₹24,000 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ 'ಪಿ.ಎಂ. ಧನ ಧಾನ್ಯ ಕೃಷಿ ಯೋಜನೆ' ಹಾಗೂ ₹11,440 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ 'ಬೇಳೆಕಾಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮನಿರ್ಭರತೆ ಮಿಷನ್' ಅನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಕೃಷಿ, ಪಶುಸಂಗೋಪನೆ, ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಹಾರ ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣಾ ವಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ₹5,450 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಸುಮಾರು ₹815 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು.ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಧನ್ ಧಾನ್ಯ ಕೃಷಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನವದೆಹಲಿಯ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಹಾಗು ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಭಾಷಣದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಅವತರಣಿಕೆ

ಇಂದು, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 11, ಒಂದು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ದಿನ. ಇಂದು ಹೊಸ ಇತಿಹಾಸವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಭಾರತ ಮಾತೆಯ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಹಾನ್ ರತ್ನಗಳಾದ ಭಾರತ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಜೀ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾನಾ ಜಿ ದೇಶಮುಖ್ ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ. ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಮಹಾನ್ ಪುತ್ರರು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾರತದ ಧ್ವನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು, ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರು ಹಾಗು ಬಡವರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇಂದು, ಈ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ದಿನದಂದು, ದೇಶದ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎರಡು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಹೊಸ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲನೆಯದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಧನ್ ಧಾನ್ಯ ಕೃಷಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡನೆಯದು ಪಲ್ಸ್ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ ಮಿಷನ್ (ದಲ್ಹನ್ ಆತ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಭರತಾ ಮಿಷನ್). ಈ ಎರಡು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೈತರ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 35,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಧನ್ ಧಾನ್ಯ ಕೃಷಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಲ್ಸ್ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ ಮಿಷನ್ಗಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
