प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी ने आज रूस के राष्‍ट्रपति श्री व्‍लादिमीर पुतिन से बात की।प्रधानमंत्री ने सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग मैट्रो में हुए विस्‍फोट में जानमाल के दु:खद नुकसान के लिए रूस की सरकार और वहां के लोगों को गहरी संवेदना व्‍यक्त की।
