પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ સમસ્તીપુરમાં એક ચૂંટણી સભાને સંબોધન કરતાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ભારતીય જનતા પક્ષ (ભાજપ)એ બિહારમાં ખેડૂતો માટે 1000 ખેડૂત ઉત્પાદક મંડળીઓ (એફપીઓ)ની રચના કરવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો છે. તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, “કેન્દ્ર સરકારે આપણા ખેડૂતો માટે કૃષિલક્ષી માળખાગત સુવિધા ઊભી કરવા રૂ. 1 લાખ કરોડનું ફંડ ઊભું કર્યું છે.”Bihar can no more tolerate Jungle-Raj, what it needs is Vikas-Raj: PM Modi
