સાથીઓ, આજે જ્યારે દુનિયા, conflicts (સંઘર્ષો) ને કારણે ગૂંચવાયેલી છે, જ્યારે આ સંઘર્ષોની દુષ્પ્રેરણા આખી દુનિયા પર દેખાઈ રહી છે, ત્યારે India and the world ની વાત કરવી ખૂબ જ પ્રાસંગિક છે. ભારત આજે એ દેશ છે, જેની અર્થવ્યવસ્થા ઝડપથી આગળ વધી રહી છે. 2014 પહેલાની સ્થિતિઓને પાછળ છોડીને આજે ભારત એક નવા આત્મવિશ્વાસ સાથે આગળ વધી રહ્યું છે. હવે ભારત પડકારોને ટાળતું નથી પરંતુ પડકારો સામે ટકરાય છે. તમે છેલ્લા 5-6 વર્ષમાં જુઓ, કોરોનાની મહામારી પછી પડકારો એક પછી એક વધતા જ ગયા છે. એવું કોઈ વર્ષ નથી, જેણે ભારતની, ભારતીયોની પરીક્ષા ન લીધી હોય. પરંતુ 140 કરોડ દેશવાસીઓના એકજૂટ પ્રયાસથી ભારત દરેક આપત્તિનો સામનો કરતા આગળ વધી રહ્યું છે. આ સમયે યુદ્ધની પરિસ્થિતિઓમાં પણ ભારતની નીતિ અને વ્યૂહરચના જોઈને, ભારતનું સામર્થ્ય જોઈને દુનિયાના અનેક દેશો હેરાન છે. આપણે ત્યાં કહેવત છે, સાંચ કો આંચ નહીં. 28 ફેબ્રુઆરીથી દુનિયામાં જે ઉથલપાથલ મચી છે, આ કઠોર વિપરીત પરિસ્થિતિઓમાં પણ ભારત પ્રગતિના, વિકાસના, વિશ્વાસના સંકલ્પ સાથે આગળ વધી રહ્યું છે. આ 23 દિવસોમાં ભારતે પોતાની Relationship Building Capacity બતાવી છે, Decision Making Capacity બતાવી છે અને Crisis Management Capacity બતાવી છે.પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ TV-9 નેટવર્ક સમિટને સંબોધિત કરી
