જ્યારે આ પ્રક્રિયા ચાલી રહી હતી, ત્યારે મેં બે બાબતો પર વિચાર કર્યો. પહેલી વાત, બિહારની બહેનો અને દીકરીઓ માટે નીતિશ કુમારની સરકાર દ્વારા લેવાયેલું આ પગલું કેટલું મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે. જ્યારે કોઈ બહેન કે દીકરી નોકરી કરે છે કે સ્વરોજગારી મેળવે છે, ત્યારે તેમના સપનાઓને નવી પાંખો મળે છે અને સમાજમાં તેમનું સન્માન વધે છે. મારા મનમાં બીજો વિચાર આવ્યો કે જો આપણે 11 વર્ષ પહેલાં જન ધન યોજનાનો સંકલ્પ ન કર્યો હોત, જ્યારે તમે મને તમારા મુખ્ય સેવક તરીકે તમારી સેવા કરવા માટે નિયુક્ત કર્યો હતો, જો દેશે જન ધન યોજના હેઠળ બહેનો અને દીકરીઓ માટે 30 કરોડથી વધુ ખાતા ન ખોલ્યા હોત, જો આ બેંક ખાતાઓ તમારા મોબાઇલ ફોન અને આધાર સાથે લિંક ન કર્યા હોત, તો શું આપણે આજે તમારા બેંક ખાતાઓમાં સીધા આટલા પૈસા મોકલી શક્યા હોત? આ અશક્ય હોત. અને પહેલા તો એક પ્રધાનમંત્રી કહી ચૂક્યા હતા, આ જે આજ કાલ લૂંટની ચર્ચા થઈ રહી છે ને, પહેલા એક પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું હતું, ત્યારે તો ચારે તરફ તેમનું જ રાજ ચાલતુ હતું, પંચાયતોથી લઈને સંસદ સુધી તેમનું રાજ ચાલતું હતું. અને તેઓ કહેતા હતા કે જો તમે દિલ્હીથી એક રૂપિયો મોકલો છો, તો ફક્ત 15 પૈસા તમારા સુધી પહોંચે છે, અને 85 પૈસા કોઈ પંજો મારી લેતું હતું. આજે જે પૈસા મોકલવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે, તે પૂરા 10,000 રૂપિયા તમારા ખાતામાં જમા થઈ જશે; કોઈ એક રૂપિયો પણ ચોરી શકશે નહીં. આ જે પૈસા વચ્ચે લુંટાઈ જતા હતા, તે તમારા સાથે કેટલો મોટો અન્યાય થતો હતો.પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ બિહારમાં મુખ્યમંત્રી મહિલા રોજગાર યોજનાનો શુભારંભ કરાવ્યો
