ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા વાર્ષિક ગાંધી પીસ પ્રાઇઝ (ગાંધી શાંતિ પુરસ્કાર) વર્ષ 2020 માટે બંગબંધુ શેખ મુજીબુર રહમાનને એનાયત કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ પુરસ્કાર દર વર્ષે ભારત સરકાર આપે છે, જેની શરૂઆત મહાત્મા ગાંધીની 125મી જન્મજયંતિની ઉજવણી કરવા વર્ષ 1995થી થઈ છે. આ પુરસ્કાર કોઈ પણ દેશ, જાતિ, ભાષા, જ્ઞાતિ, પંથ કે લિંગભેદને ધ્યાનમાં લીધા વિના તમામ વ્યક્તિઓને એનાયત કરવામાં આવે છે.

Gandhi Peace Prize is an annual award instituted by Government of India since 1995, the 125th Birth Anniversary commemoration year of Mahatma Gandhi. The award is open to all persons regardless of nationality, race, language, caste, creed or sex.
