Cabinet approves 4-laning of Badnawar–Timarwani NH-752D stretch of the Delhi Mumbai expressway in Madhya Pradesh

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by PM Modi, has approved the development of a 4-lane corridor from Badnawar to Timarwani worth ₹3,839.42 crore. It will provide connectivity from Ujjain to the Timarwani interchange at the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway (DME). This will lower logistics costs, facilitate efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods and strengthen access to industrial hubs and MMLPs.

The Canadian PM Mark Carney will pay an official four-day visit to India. He will arrive in Mumbai on 27 February and participate in several programmes over the next two days. સાથીઓ, મને હંમેશા આસામ આવીને એક અલગ જ ખુશી મળે છે. આ ધરતી વીરોની ધરતી છે. દરેક ક્ષેત્રમાં પોતાની પ્રતિભા બતાવનારા દીકરા-દીકરીઓની ધરતી છે. કાલે જ હું ગુવાહાટીમાં 'બાગુરુમ્બા દહોઉ' ના કાર્યક્રમમાં સામેલ થયો હતો. ત્યાં આપણી બોડો સમુદાયની દીકરીઓએ બાગુરુમ્બાની પ્રસ્તુતિ આપીને નવો રેકોર્ડ બનાવ્યો. બાગુરુમ્બાની એવી અદ્ભુત પ્રસ્તુતિ, દસ હજારથી વધુ કલાકારોની ઊર્જા, ખામની થાપ, સિફુન્ગની ધૂન, તે મનોરમ ક્ષણોએ દરેકને મંત્રમુગ્ધ કરી દીધા. બાગુરુમ્બાની અનુભૂતિ આંખોથી થઈને દિલમાં ઉતરતી રહી. આસામના આપણા કલાકારોએ ખરેખર કમાલ કરી દીધી. તેમનો પરિશ્રમ, તેમની તૈયારી, તેમનું તાલમેલ, બધું જ બહુ અદ્ભુત રહ્યું. હું બાગુરુમ્બા દહોઉમાં સામેલ તમામ કલાકારોને આજે ફરીથી એકવાર ખૂબ-ખૂબ અભિનંદન આપીશ, અને હું દેશભરના સોશિયલ મીડિયા ઇન્ફ્લુએન્સરને પણ અભિનંદન આપું છું, હું કાલથી જોઈ રહ્યો છું કે આ બોડો પરંપરાનું ઉત્તમ નૃત્ય સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર છવાયેલું છે. મને પૂરો વિશ્વાસ છે દેશ અને દુનિયાના લોકો, કલા અને સંસ્કૃતિના આ ભારતના દ્રષ્ટિકોણને, તેની તાકાતને ઓળખશે અને આ કામને વધારનારા તમામ સોશિયલ ઇન્ફ્લુએન્સર પણ અભિનંદનને પાત્ર છે. મીડિયાના મિત્રો માટે તે કાલનો સાંજનો સમય જરા બહુ પેક રહે છે, પરંતુ આજે સવારથી કેટલાય ટીવી મીડિયાવાળાઓએ પણ આ કાર્યક્રમનું પુનઃ પ્રસારણ શરૂ કરી દીધું છે. તમે કલ્પના કરી શકો છો, આ કાર્યક્રમ કેટલો ભવ્ય રહ્યો હશે.
