પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ વિડિયો કોન્ફરન્સિંગ દ્વારા આસામના કોકરાઝારમાં વિવિધ વિકાસ કાર્યોનો શિલાન્યાસ કર્યો. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે ખરાબ હવામાનને કારણે તેઓ રૂબરૂમાં કોકરાઝારની મુલાકાત લેવામાં અસમર્થ હતા અને ત્યાં એકત્રિત નાગરિકોની નિષ્ઠાપૂર્વક માફી માંગી હતી.
