આ આપણા બધા માટે ખૂબ જ ગર્વની ક્ષણ છે-માત્ર આપણા દેશવાસીઓ માટે જ નહીં પરંતુ સમગ્ર વિશ્વમાં લોકશાહી-પ્રેમી નાગરિકો માટે પણ. આ લોકશાહીના તહેવારને ખૂબ ગર્વ સાથે ઉજવવાનો પ્રસંગ છે. બંધારણ હેઠળ 75 વર્ષની સફર નોંધપાત્ર છે, અને આ યાત્રાના કેન્દ્રમાં આપણા બંધારણ નિર્માતાઓની દૈવી દ્રષ્ટિ છે, જેમના યોગદાનથી આપણે આગળ વધીએ છીએ. બંધારણના 75 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થવાની ઉજવણી ખરેખર એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ પ્રસંગ છે. મને ખૂબ આનંદ થાય છે કે સંસદ પણ આ ઉજવણી દરમિયાન પોતાની લાગણીઓ વ્યક્ત કરવામાં ભાગ લેશે. હું તમામ માનનીય સભ્યોનો આભાર માનું છું અને આ ઉજવણીમાં ભાગ લેનારા દરેકને અભિનંદન પાઠવું છું.

પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આજે બંધારણ અપનાવવાની 75મી વર્ષગાંઠ નિમિત્તે લોકસભામાં વિશેષ ચર્ચાને સંબોધન કર્યું હતું. ગૃહને સંબોધતા શ્રી મોદીએ ટિપ્પણી કરી હતી કે લોકશાહીનું સન્માન કરનારા ભારતના તમામ નાગરિકો અને વિશ્વભરના તમામ લોકો માટે આ ગર્વ અને સન્માનની બાબત છે કે આપણે લોકશાહીનો આ તહેવાર ઉજવી રહ્યા છીએ. આપણા બંધારણના 75 વર્ષની આ નોંધપાત્ર અને મહત્વપૂર્ણ યાત્રામાં આપણા બંધારણના ઘડવૈયાઓની દૂરદર્શિતા, દ્રષ્ટિ અને પ્રયાસોનો આભાર માનતાં તેમણે કહ્યું કે 75 વર્ષ સફળતાપૂર્વક પૂર્ણ થયા પછી લોકશાહીનો તહેવાર ઉજવવાનો આ સમય છે. શ્રી મોદી ખુશ હતા કે સંસદના સભ્યો પણ આ ઉજવણીમાં પોતાને સામેલ કરી રહ્યા હતા અને તેમના મંતવ્યો વ્યક્ત કરી રહ્યા હતા, તેમણે આ માટે તેમનો આભાર માન્યો અને અભિનંદન પાઠવ્યા હતા.
