The Vivekananda Yuva Vikas Yatra continued to cover several parts of South Gujarat on 14th of September 2012. Shri Narendra Modi covered Valsad, Chikhli, Bilimora, Gandevi, Amalsad, Hansapur, Navsari, Satem, Mahuva (Surat Dist.), Bardoli and Kamrej on the 3rd day of the Yatra. Addressing the people, Shri Modi inspired the people to fulfill dreams of Swami Vivekananda of a strong & glorious India.

Addressing the people during the Yatra, he slammed UPA’s anti-people policies and decisions on diesel price hike, rationing of subsidized LPG cylinders and FDI in multi-brand retail sectors. Condemning these decisions, Shri Narendra Modi expressed his worries about the worsening situation of the poor and the common people with these policies. “UPA gives subsidy to slaughter houses but rations LPG cylinders & hikes diesel price. Is this Disha of Congress?... Surprised what Pradhan Mantriji is doing! FDI in retail will harm shopkeepers, manufacturing sector & create joblessness!” wrote Shri Narendra Modi on social media networks!
