PM Modi will visit Punjab on 1st February, 2026 to unveil the new name of Adampur Airport as Shri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji Airport, Adampur. He will also inaugurate the Terminal Building at Halwara Airport in Ludhiana. প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী আগামী ৫ জানুয়ারি পাঞ্জাবের ফিরোজপুর সফরে গিয়ে বেলা একটা নাগাদ সেখানে ৪২ হাজার ৭৫০ কোটি টাকার বেশি একাধিক উন্নয়নমূলক প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন ও শিলান্যাস করবেন। এই প্রকল্পগুলির মধ্যে রয়েছে দিল্লি-অমৃতসর-কাটরা এক্সপ্রেসওয়ে, অমৃতসর-উনা শাখা চার লেন বিশিষ্ট করা, মুকেরিয়ান-তালওয়ারা নতুন ব্রডগেজ রেললাইন, ফিরোজপুরে পিজিআই-এর স্যাটেলাইট সেন্টার সহ কাপুরথালা ও হোশিয়ারপুরে দুটি মেডিকেল কলেজ। প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী সারা দেশে যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থার মানোন্নয়নে যে নিরলস প্রয়াস চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন, তার ফল স্বরূপ পাঞ্জাবেও কয়েকটি জাতীয় মহাসড়ক উন্নয়নমূলক প্রকল্প গ্রহণ করা হচ্ছে। ইতিমধ্যেই পাঞ্জাবে জাতীয় মহাসড়কের দৈর্ঘ্য ২০১৪-র ১ হাজার ৭০০ কিলোমিটার থেকে বেড়ে ২০২১-এ ৪ হাজার ১০০ কিলোমিটারের বেশি হয়েছে। মহাসড়কের সম্প্রসারণে যে সমস্ত প্রয়াস অব্যাহত রয়েছে তার সঙ্গে পাঞ্জাবে আরও দুটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সড়ক করিডরের শিলান্যাস হতে চলেছে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ধর্মীয় স্থানগুলির সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থার মানোন্নয়নে এই প্রয়াস প্রধানমন্ত্রীর দূরদৃষ্টিকে বাস্তবায়িত করবে।World market is waiting for us. PM Narendra Modi launched National SC/ST Hub and Zero Defect Zero Effect scheme today. PM Modi distributed Charkhas to 500 women and viewed their exhibits. He said, “Khadi is a priority for us. A Charkha at home brings more income.” The PM said that bringing the poor to the economic mainstream of the country was vital and the country’s progress was directly linked to it.
