গতকাল গভীর রাতে আমি কুয়েত থেকে ফিরেছি। সেখানে ভারতীয় যুবক-যুবতী এবং পেশাদার ব্যক্তিদের সঙ্গে বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে বৈঠক করেছি এবং নানা প্রসঙ্গে মতবিনিময় করেছি। আর এখন দেশে ফিরেই আমার প্রথম কর্মসূচি, আমার দেশের যুব বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে – দারুণ এক সমাপতন অবশ্যই। আজ আপনাদের মতো হাজার হাজার যুবক-যুবতী জীবনের এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মাইলফলক স্পর্শ করল। আপনাদের জীবনের এক নতুন অধ্যায়ের সূচনা হল। আপনাদের স্বপ্ন বাস্তবায়িত হল। যে কঠোর পরিশ্রম আপনারা করেছেন, তা আজ সফল হল। ২০২৪-এর বিদায় বেলায় আপনারা এবং আপনাদের পরিবারের সদস্যরা নতুন এক আনন্দে মেতে উঠেছেন। আপনাদের এবং আপনাদের পরিবারের সকলকে এই অভূতপূর্ব সাফল্যের জন্য আমি আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন জানাই।
