Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit West Bengal

PM Modi will visit West Bengal on 14 March 2026. During the visit, the PM will launch development projects worth around Rs. 18,680 crores in Kolkata. These projects span multiple sectors, including road infrastructure, railways, port and shipping. PM Modi today visited the Old Currency Building in Kolkata. Addressing a gathering there, PM Modi emphasized on heritage tourism across the country. He said that five iconic museums of the country will be made of international standards.
