PM Modi met with the Ghana President Mahama and the two leaders decided to elevate bilateral ties to a Comprehensive Partnership. 4 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed including MoU on Cultural Exchange Programme, MoU between BIS & GSA, MoU between ITAM, Ghana and ITRA, India and MoU on Joint Commission Meeting.
