PM Modi participated in the Winter Tourism Program and addressed the gathering at Harsil, Uttarakhand. PM recalled his visit to Baba Kedarnath, where he had declared that, “this decade would be the decade of Uttarakhand”. He congratulated the Uttarakhand government for the innovative effort of Winter Tourism and extended his best wishes. He noted that the recently approved Kedarnath Ropeway Project will reduce the travel time from 8-9 hours to approximately 30 minutes.
