PM Modi visited the Melbourne Cricket Ground with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese for an event celebrating India-Australia sporting ties. The two leaders launched the India-Australia Sports Collaboration Roadmap and interacted with young athletes, reaffirming their shared commitment to strengthening sports cooperation between the two countries.

Prime Minister attends the 50th Anniversary celebrations of Independence of Seychelles

At the invitation of Seychelles President Herminie, PM Modi attended the 50th Anniversary celebrations of the Independence of Seychelles as the Guest of Honour. Contingents of Indian armed forces participated in the national parade, reflecting the longstanding defence partnership between the two countries. As part of the celebrations, Indian Naval Ships Tarkash and Ikshak docked at Port Victoria.
