Prime Minister visits a semiconductor facility in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture

PM Modi and Japanese PM Ishiba travelled together to visit Tokyo Electron Miyagi Ltd at Sendai in Miyagi Prefecture. The PM was briefed about TEL’s role in the global semiconductor value chain, and its ongoing and planned collaborations with India.This joint visit underscored the shared vision of India and Japan to develop robust, resilient and trusted semiconductor supply chains.
