In his remarks at the India-Finland joint press meet, PM Modi praised Finland President Alexander Stubb as a respected thinker and appreciated him for completing the Ironman Triathlon. On the sidelines of the India–AI Impact Summit 2026, PM Modi met Slovak President Peter Pellegrini. In their first-ever meeting, the two leaders reviewed the full spectrum of India-Slovak relations and exchanged views on regional and global issues of mutual interest. In line with India's vision of AI for All and Slovakia’s focus on digital transformation and Industry 4.0, both leaders noted the potential for enhanced collaboration in AI.
