PM Modi inaugurated seven cancer hospitals in Assam. The project has been executed by Assam Cancer Care Foundation, a joint venture of Government of Assam and Tata Trusts. The hospitals will augment healthcare capacities in the region. PM Modi said, There was a time, even one hospital getting opened up in seven years was a thing to celebrate. Times have changed now.
