In his remarks at the joint press meet in Varanasi, PM Modi said that just like the uninterrupted flow of the Ganga in Kashi, the continuous stream of Indian culture has enriched Mauritius. He congratulated PM Ramgoolam and the people of Mauritius on the successful conclusion of the Chagos Agreement. PM Modi will visit Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand on 11th September. In Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, the PM will host the Mauritius PM, Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam. The two leaders will hold bilateral discussions. PM Modi will pay an official visit to the UK and a State Visit to Malpes from July 23 – 26. He will hold wide ranging discussions with PM Starmer, and they will also review the progress of the CSP. PM Modi will be the ‘Guest of Honour’ at the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Independence of Malpes on July 26. He will meet Malpes President Muizzu and hold discussions on issues of mutual interest.
