Cabinet approves infrastructure projects between National Highway-19 and Varanasi Ring Road in Uttar Pradesh worth Rs.14447.64 crore

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by PM Modi, approved the ₹14,447.64 crore Ganga Elevated Corridor project in Varanasi, a transformative infrastructure initiative that will reduce travel time, improve connectivity to key destinations and strengthen tourism, logistics and economic growth.PM to visit Uttar Pradesh on 28-29 April

PM Modi will visit Uttar Pradesh on 28-29 April. During the visit, he will participate in a Mahila Sammelan and also launch various development projects worth around ₹6,350 crore in Varanasi. Later, he will perform darshan and pooja at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and inaugurate the Ganga Expressway in Hardoi. The expressway will drive holistic economic growth across the state.
