During his visit to Ethiopia, PM Modi held discussions with Ethiopian PM Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali in Addis Ababa. Both leaders reviewed the entire spectrum of the bilateral relationship and agreed to elevate the ties to the level of a Strategic Partnership. PM Modi thanked Ethiopia for its solidarity in the wake of the Pahalgam terror attack. Following the talks, the two leaders witnessed the exchange of MoUs.
