PM expresses happiness over commissioning of indigenously designed INS Visakhapatnam

The Prime Minister has called it a proud day as indigenously designed INS Visakhapatnam was commissioned today. The Prime Minister also reiterated that efforts towards defence modernisation will continue with full vigour.
