Prime Minister hold talks with Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing

During the discussions with Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing, PM Modi appreciated him for choosing India as his first foreign visit as President. PM Modi also expressed happiness that the President began his programme in India from Bodh Gaya with the blessings of Lord Buddha. The two leaders reviewed the full range of India-Myanmar relations and discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.
