In his interaction with leading industry leaders from Malaysia, PM Modi appreciated the growing B2B ties between India and Malaysia and the strong interest of Malaysian companies in India’s growth story. The industry leaders appreciated the reforms undertaken by the Government of India towards building a Viksit Bharat and conveyed their keen interest in increasing their business presence in India.

At the invitation of Malaysian PM Anwar Ibrahim, PM Modi will visit Malaysia from 7–8 February 2026. During the visit, the PM will hold bilateral discussions with the Malaysian PM and review the entire gamut of bilateral cooperation. He will also interact with members of the Indian community, as well as industry and business representatives and participate in the 10th India–Malaysia CEO Forum.
