On the sidelines of the G7 Summit in France, PM Modi met German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and reviewed progress in the India-Germany Strategic Partnership. As India and Germany celebrate 75 years of diplomatic relations in 2026, the two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to expanding cooperation in trade, investment, defence, technology, innovation, education and sustainable development.
