At the invitation of HM King Abdullah II, PM Modi visited Jordan on December 15-16, 2025. Both the leaders positively assessed the multi-faceted India-Jordan relations that span across various areas of cooperation including political, economic, defence, security, culture and education among others. PM Modi arrived in Amman, Jordan, a short while ago. He is warmly received by PM Jafar Hassan and is accorded a ceremonial welcome at the airport. On the invitation of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, PM Modi is visiting Jordan. This historic visit marks 75 years of establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
