The award is conferred in recognition of the outstanding service in the interest of Norway and humankind. During the visit, he will meet UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and exchange views on various issues. In Netherlands, the PM will meet King Willem-Alexander and hold talks with PM Rob Jetten. In Sweden, he will hold talks with PM Kristersson.
