PM Modi was conferred with Seychelles' Presidential Distinction, 'Guardian of the Blue Horizon,' by President Patrick Herminie in recognition of his green leadership and longstanding commitment to the Blue Economy, climate action and sustainable development. The honour, awarded for the first time, also reflects India's growing role as a trusted partner in advancing shared priorities across the Indian Ocean region.
