Prime Minister’s visit to the United Arab Emirates

During PM Modi's official visit to the United Arab Emirates, he held discussions with UAE President HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The PM reaffirmed India’s strong condemnation of the attacks on the UAE and also conveyed India’s position in favour of ensuring safe transit passage through the Strait of Hormuz. The two leaders reviewed the entire gamut of bilateral relations and welcomed the deepening of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership across multiple sectors.

PM to visit Tamil Nadu and Kerala on 14th February

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will visit the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala on 14th February, 2021. At around 11:15 AM, Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for several key projects and hand over the Arjun Main Battle Tank (MK-1A) to the Army, at Chennai. At around 3:30 PM, Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone and dedicate various projects to the nation, at Kochi. These projects will add crucial momentum to the growth trajectory of these states and help hasten the pace of realizing full development potential.
