Cabinet approves four multitracking projects covering eight Districts in West Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by PM Modi, today approved 4 railway projects covering 8 districts across the states of West Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. In line with PM Modi's New India vision, the projects will enhance employment/ self-employment opportunities of the people, while also improving rail connectivity to several prominent tourist destinations across the country.
