Contrary to the prevailing notion that good governance is bad politics, in reality good governance is good politics. A government should work keeping in mind the welfare of future generations, not the next election.
Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi
participated in the Chintan Bethak organized by Karnataka Government in Mysore. Karnataka’s Chief
Minister Shri B.S. Yeddyurappa invited him to share his insight and knowledge
in this training session. Shri Narendra Modi took up the role of a mentor and
shared his insight on administration and its nuances with the ministers of
Karnataka.
He also guided the ministers on
the various aspects of good governance and the strategies that worked in Gujarat and shared some of the best practices.
He took in charge of three days
brainstorming sessions where ministers were coached on the various aspects of
Good Governance, party image building and different aspects of personality
development.
