मुम्बई रैली में केन्द्र पर श्री मोदी के तीखे हमले

    युपीए सरकार की हर क्षेत्र में असफलता का रिपोर्ट

केन्द्र की सरकार को एक पल भी सत्ता में बने रहने का हक नहीं

सिर्फ प्रॉमिस है- पर्फोर्मेन्स कहीं नहीं 

मुख्यमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आज मुम्बई में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की विशाल रैली को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि युपीए-2 की तीन वर्ष का रिपोर्ट कार्ड साबित करता है कि केन्द्र सरकार सिर्फ वादे निभाने में ही विफल नहीं हुई बल्कि हर मोर्चे पर परर्फोर्मेंस दिखाने में भी विफल हो गई है। इसे एक पल भी सत्ता में बने रहने का हक नहीं है। आज रुपया डॉलर के समक्ष गिर गया है यहाँ वैश्विकरण की वजह से नहीं बल्कि कोई साजिश है जिसे देश जानना चाहता है।

मुम्बई में आज श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी भी भाजपा की रैली को सम्बोधित करने वाले हैं, यह जानकारी मिलने के बाद भारी भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी थी। महाराष्ट्र अकाल की कठिन परिस्थिति में से गुजर रहा है, इस पर किसानों के साथ सहानुभुति जताते हुए श्री मोदी ने कहा कि रेगिस्तानी क्षेत्र और दस में से सात साल अकालग्रस्त रहनेवाले गुजरात में पिछले दस साल में अकाल का नामोनिशान नहीं है। इसकी वजह यह है कि यहां जल प्रबन्धन सफल रहा है। देश में नदियों को जोड़ने का सपना साकार हुआ होता तो महाराष्ट्र के किसानों को कर्ज में डूबकर आत्महत्या नहीं करनी पड़ती।

दिल्ली में ऐसी सरकार है जिसके पास ना कोई नेता है, ना कोई नीति है और ना ही साफ नियत है। इसलिए ही देश की दुर्दशा हुई है। दिल्ली की इस सरकार ने  लोगों को सौ दिन में महंगाई कम करने का वादा किया था लेकिन यह निर्मल बाबा की तरह लोगों को गुमराह कर रही है। महंगाई बढ़ती जा रही है।

प्रधानमंत्री के तीन साल के रिपोर्ट कार्ड का उल्लेख करते हुए श्री मोदी ने कहा कि इस रिपोर्ट कार्ड में आतंकवाद या नक्सलवाद के बारे में एक भी शब्द नहीं है। क्या यही आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ने की गम्भीरता है ?

श्री मोदी ने कहा की, प्रधानमंत्री जी.. आपने कहा था की कुपोषण की बात से सिर शर्म से झुक जाता है लेकिन इस रिपोर्ट कार्ड में इस बारे में कुछ भी क्यों नहीं है ? देश की आजादी के बाद किसी भी सरकार का सेना के साथ कोई विवाद नहीं हुआ था फिर इस सरकार की क्या मजबूरी है कि उसको सेना के साथ संघर्ष करना पड़ रहा है ? सेना प्रमुख कहते हैं कि सेना के पास हथियार नहीं है। देश जानना चाहता है कि ऐसी स्थिति क्यों पैदा हुई।  मैडम सोनियाजी को कबूल करना पड़ा है कि प्रॉमिस नहीं चलेगा परर्फोर्मेंस चाहिये। यह दर्शाता है कि परर्फोर्मेंस का नामोनिशान नहीं है। गरीबी हटाओ का नारा लगाकर सत्ता में बैठी कांग्रेस ने आज तक वादा पूरा नहीं किया।

गरीबलक्ष्यी 20 सुत्रीय कार्यक्रम के अमलीकरण में कांग्रेस शासित कोई राज्य प्रथम पांच में नहीं आता । जबकि गुजरात पिछले दस साल से प्रथम स्थान पर रहा है। दिल्ली के कांग्रेसी शासक वोटबैंक की राजनीति करते हैं।

श्री मोदी ने कहा कि गुजरात ने 11 प्रतिशत की  कृषि विकासदर बरकरार रखी है लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री  इसे केन्द्र  में 2 प्रतिशत से तीन प्रतिशत तक पहुंचने को भी उपलब्धि बतलाते हैं। प्रधानमंत्री राज्यों के बिजली उत्पादन को खुद की सरकार की उपलब्धि बतलाते हैं। केन्द्र पर्याप्त कोयला-ईधन नहीं देता इसलिए ही बिजली केन्द्र क्षमता से 60 प्रतिशत ही बिजली उत्पादन कर पाते हैं । इसमें भी भ्रष्टाचारी नितियां जिम्मेदार है। प्रधानमंत्री अपनी विफलता कबूल कर चुके हैं।

राज्यों को तबाह और परेशान करने के लिए केन्द्रिय एजेंसियों और संविधान का दुरुपयोग करने के मामले में प्रहार करते हुए श्री मोदी ने कहा कि किसलिए राज्यों को कमजोर किया जा रहा है ? सीमाओं की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी केन्द्र सरकार की है लेकिन सीमा पार से आतंकवादी, हथियार, कालाधन आ रहा है। सरकार ने विदेश भाग गए आतंकवादियों के प्रत्यर्पण के लिए क्या किया है? देश को बचाना है तो ज़ीरो टोलरेंस का संकल्प करना होगा मगर दिल्ली सरकार का सीना 46 इंच का नहीं। 120 करोड़ की जनता को विश्वास में लिये बिना उसे संकट में डाल दिया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री मोदी ने कहा की हिन्दुस्तान के 65 प्रतिशत युवाओं के स्किल डवलपमेंट के लिए केन्द्र ने क्या किया ? इसका रिपोर्ट कार्ड में कोई उल्लेख नहीं। हिन्दुस्तानियों को अमरनाथ जाने के लिए भी केन्द्र सरकार सुरक्षा नहीं दे सकती।

All our youth and educated people needs to understand the devaluation Rupee is disaster for middle class and poor families in India. This will bring inflation and we will not be able to sell our goods to foreign countries. He is absolutely correct that there is pressure from countries like USA, UK and Germany to devalue the Rupee so that our goods are more expensive to sell. Whereas China does what she wants to do and gets away with murder. We Indians need to recognize that China is the biggest threat to the world both economically and militarily, especially our borders are in danger with China and we need to get stronger and support our troops. Go Modi Ji. I humbly request the youth movement join hand to get Modi Ji to Delhi and give him the role of leadership. He has proven that in Gujarat and now it is his time to lead India to brighter, promise land that would be enjoyed by our grandchildren and the future generations. Thank you.

    NaMo is defined by CHARACTER, CAPABILITY AND CHARISMA.It is strange in so called secular country ,which is secular because of nothing but due to the wishes of majority can not have a PM Who is development oriented, efficient, honesty and probity minded and above all who can make us stand alongside China on even keel, if he just happens to be a HINDU. Is it crime to be one? or we all shall remain pseudo-secular always? Does the Gujrat success story only befitting only one community? Or inflation and high prices coupled with falling growth rates , enhanced Naxalism, repeated bomb blasts and feeling of insecurity providing upliftment of minorities in India? has there been a single blast or communal violence under Narender Modi during last 10 years? NaMo is best and last hope left.
