Gujarat farmers to learn from Israeli counterparts

  • India and Israel have mutually decided to help each other and will set up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for agriculture in several states of India, including Gujarat.
  • This Indo-Israel institute also has an exchange programme, under which experts from Israel will come to Gujarat to guide farmers on sowing, cultivation, harvesting and post-harvesting processes,” said counsellor, embassy of India in Israel, Vani Rao.
  • Itzhak Kiriati of Israel Export Institute believes that there is still a huge potential for growth of relations between the two countries.
