On 12^th of April, Prime Minister Narendra Modi touched down at the Hannover airport in Germany. The three day visit held great significance and was aimed at advancing the India-Germany partnershipat the global front. Shri Modi even tweeted and expressed his delight prior embarking on his three nation tour. The Germany visit was quite eventful for the PM. He inaugurated the Hannover Messe jointly with German Chancellor Angela Merkel where India was the partner country.
