On July 06^th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi embarked on his visit to five Central Asian countries and Russia &ndashthe first stopover being Uzbekistan. PM Shri Narendra Modi landed to a warm welcome in Uzbekistan&rsquos capital city Tashkent. He was received by Prime Minister Mr. Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, the Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan and the Mayor of Tashkent.

A banquet was also organised in honour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
